  1. Admin can assign the automatic dispute management (ADM) from the dispute detail page. The ADM will be used to resolve disputes that have spent a long time and not picked up by any agent. The decision from the ADM will be based on the merchants’ reputation. With successful escrows, the merchant's reputation will increase. A failed escrow will decrease the merchant's reputation.
