Refund
The main menu is the default screen displayed when the device is in standby mode.
From the Main Menu, tap the “Refund” button.
The device will activate the camera and allow you to scan the QR code.
If the QR code is not available, you can manually enter the transaction ID as an alternative.
Scan the QR code on the original receipt to retrieve the transaction details.
Verify the transaction details displayed on the screen. And click the "Set Amount" button.
Input the refund amount in cryptocurrency or local currency by toggling the “Double Arrows” button.
Confirm whether the refund is full or partial.
Double-check the refund details for accuracy.
Tap “Confirm Refund” to proceed.
The device will activate the camera once again. This time, it will prompt you to scan the “Admin” QR code, which provides access to the wallet.
Use the camera to scan the QR code. Please note that once the QR code is verified, the transaction will be processed automatically.
Once the Admin QR code is scanned, the refund will begin automatically, and you will see a “Processing” page.
The device will process the refund and display a “Success” message upon completion.
