You are not supposed to deposit ERC20 tokens to your ICO Launchpad deposit address. That address is for ETH only. However, if you have deposited any ERC20 tokens they will be recoverable for a fee of 0.05 ETH.

To recover them, send the recover fee of 0.05 ETH to the deposit address, then contact support.
